We are looking for a creative and results driven Regional Field Marketing Lead to build our field marketing programs in one of our fastest growing regions. The role will report into Senior Manager, Field and Cloud Marketing, APAC
Define yearly and quarterly ANZ marketing plans that will support MongoDB’s goals to drive revenue and increase brand awareness in region
Align closely with the ANZ field sales organization to develop and deliver the marketing plan
Effectively partner with the global marketing organization and be an active contributor to global best practices
Ensure our ANZ marketing strategy thoughtfully targets our diverse personas from engineers to the C-suite
Ensure performance and return on investment is tracked and supporting processes are set up to accurately measure outcomes
Building and enhancing brand awareness in the ANZ region
Lead and pipeline generation/acceleration
Leading design and execution of effective regional marketing programs
Measurable value driven through marketing efforts
Partner satisfaction, including customers and internal sales teams
Development of strong partnerships with external agencies and vendors
10+ years of relevant, B2B marketing experience, with a preference for candidates that have experience in a high-growth company
Extensive experience delivering ANZ regional marketing programs for ideally for a sophisticated technology company
Consistent success delivering pipeline growth and value on budget and on time
Extensive experience building and delivering impactful, multichannel campaigns and large-scale events
Ability to influence sales partners’ expectations, securing consensus and ensuring alignment on objectives and expected outcomes
Experience in developer marketing preferred
A deep understanding of the senior IT buyer persona
Experience in driving effective, thoughtful, and performant ABM campaigns with in major accounts
Proven comprehension sales pipeline, key drivers, and the role that marketing plays at each stage of the buyer and customer journeys
Proven success in operational management in the Marketing field
Demonstrated passion for coaching and mentoring.
