We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a results driven sales management professional to support their team in their allocated region with delivering NSW sales initiatives and strategies.

So if you are a highly motivated, creative individual that enjoys showing initiative and leading a team we would love to hear from you! Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrate their experience while achieving the sales targets of the core Metricon Brands within the designated region;
  • Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while implementing training to support Metricon’s growth and leadership in the industry within its identified markets;
  • Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and SOC signings;
  • Complete comprehensive reporting as per business requirements;
  • Manage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in the training of the support staff; and
  • Implement strong sales strategies within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs and develop a highly competent and professional team.

  • The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a Sales Management position, whilst experience in the volume housing industry is highly desirable.
  • A formal qualification (ideally to post graduate level) – preferably in business management, commerce, or similar business discipline;
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIs;
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities; and
  • A proven track record in people management and leading and mentoring a large workforce.
  • This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
