Our patients are admitted electively or via our Emergency Service, and we cater for most surgical specialties including, but not limited to, cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, colorectal, orthopaedics, daVinci (Robotic) systems, breast and gynaecology,. Building on our successful base, in 2018 we completed a $50 million upgrade and expansion of our clinical facilities with more improvements planned for 2020 and beyond.

The Critical Care Unit (CCU) is one of the best-designed acute care facilities in the state, combining Intensive and High-Dependency Care. Consisting of 18 centrally monitored beds, the medical and nursing staff within CCU provide care for patients undergoing major surgery such as cardiothoracic and robotic procedures or those requiring high level medical care.
