A key contributor to the Asia Pacific growth & strategy function, the Repair Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving profitable & sustained growth of the repair business for Otis in the Asia Pacific region. You would be responsible for the development and scaling of the T-Box initiative across the regions which involves development of standard repair or parts packages, implementation of high velocity CPQ systems, sales tools and adoption & success of this new approach.

Key responsibilities:

The Repair product marketing Manager would be responsible for

+ Development and execution of the repair business growth strategy for Otis in Asia pacific.

+ Standardization of

+ the product and package development approach across the region.

+ parts obsolescence management approach

+ system and tools for configuring and quoting repair sales opportunities.

+ Pricing management approach for repair business

+ key metrics to measure success/ growth in the repair business.

+ Deploy analytics and data driven approaches to facilitate increased velocity for repair sales activity.

+ Work in conjunction with the regional marketing team to develop and roll out standardized dashboards.

+ Work with in-country field marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns to drive repair package sales.

+ Track key performance indicators to measure activity levels and success of new launches/ releases.

+ Work with the global and regional field, marketing & digital teams to deploy and scale an omni-channel sales approach for repair sales by driving enhanced use of digital channels such as Otis.com and Upgrade mobile apps.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

+ Degree qualified with at least 5 years relevant experience.

+ Strong oral & written communication skills & an ability to program manage across multiple countries.

+ Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.

+ In-depth understanding of the service and repair business, systems and processes in Otis would be an added advantage.
