As a Reservations Agent , joining the soon to open DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront , you will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel. This role is responsible for offering warm and welcoming customer service, personalised options and solutions to meet customer needs and influence their decision to stay. This role will additionally support the hotel’s reception during peak times.
