    Role

    As a New Business Development Manager your role will be to develop brand new business buy targeting new residential homes builders who build 100+ homes per year, to generate new revenue.

  • Selling safety solutions to volume home builders/ house builders to increase sales and revenue
  • Cold calling and targeting home builders to identify new stakeholders
  • Create and develop a sales strategy to identifying new business/ growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for clients
  • Requirements

  • A proven track record in sales, ideally within the Building or building product industry
  • Strong experience in dealing with volume residential home builders
  • Ability to break through doors and generate new business
  • Hungry, energetic, and driven to succeed
  • Strategic salesperson with the natural ability to deliver sales revenue
