**The opportunity**

The Resource Manager (‘RM’) is a member of the Resource Management team, responsible for driving an environment that enables our people to connect to the experiences which enrich their lives and careers. In the role of Resource Manager, we are looking for someone who is passionate about resource management and workforce planning, who activates the day to day operations to ensure we maximise business performance and deliver on our talent commitment through proactive management of our talent pool. This is obtained by;

+ Allocating the right people, to the right role, at the right time

+ Supporting project demand prioritisation and supply augmentation

+ Identifying and providing insight in regard to workforce planning and skills, capability and trends

+ Be able to work in a dynamic, highly virtual environment

+ The Resource Manager uses their knowledge and relationships to ensure we maximise productivity and develop our talent through their on the job experiences

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Stakeholder & relationship Management – Responsible for managing key relationships within and across their account, sector or domain talent pool

+ Opportunity & Demand management – Ensuring seamless connectivity between pursuit teams and our available talent

+ Talent pool management – Actively managing our available talent, understanding their capability and proactively identifying opportunities or connection to support their deployment

+ Resource optimisation – Highlighting capability across their group and the wider business to optimization performance

+ Experience management – Promoting identification and delivery of career experiences as part of every engagement

**Skills and attributes for success**

+ 3-4 years; experience with talent development, resource management and/or supply & demand management within professional services or B2B environments

+ Ability to understand the business and learn the unique skills, needs, desires and goals of our people

+ Ability to find the right opportunities and connections to create diverse, inclusive and high-performing teams.

+ Able to optimize business performance by advocating solutions, providing insights and managing expectations in pursuit of increasing utilization and employee engagement.

+ Exceptional client service with a strong desire to build exceptional, high-performing teams

+ Demonstrating personal leadership and having presence, vitality and agility

**Ideally, you’ll also have**

+ Strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills

+ Demonstrates personal leadership and accountability

+ A positive and enthusiastic attitude and strong personal integrity
