We are looking for confident and friendly Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The role will be 40 hours a week (Tuesday- Sunday). Friday/ Saturday nights are essential.
WHAT WE NEED
– A minimum 6-month commitment and fine dining experience;
– A passion for the industry and immaculate presentation;
– Must have the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary;
– A bright, engaging personality;
– Fluency in English;
– Flexible availability – particularly across evenings;
– Four years of working experience, in a mid-high end restaurant environment;
– A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
