About the role
Initially working from home with a view to move back into the office in line with current COVID guidelines and restrictions. Your role will focus on providing exceptional customer service in a positive and professional manner. Utilising your background in Customer Service, Call Centre or utilities you will be able to provide both internal and external stakeholders with expert advise.
•Provide specialist advise and support
•Act as the first level for customer billing enquiries
•Provide customer support regarding billing, rates and debt enquires.
•Customer Service and support for phone, mail, email and counter contacts.
Qualifications & Experience required:
•Cert III in Business or Finance or Minimum year 12 education
•Proven ability to understand, resolve and explain complex issues.
•Demonstrated Experience in managing difficult customers and responding in a timely manner.
•Background in Real Estate, Conveyancing, Utilities, or Banking highly regarded.
