Based in Canningvale the Sales & Customer Service Officer is responsible for assisting & coordinating the delivery of all engineering work from each division to various clientsThis responsibility includes liaison with customers, developing quotations, raising job orders. Daily update of management of CRM, liaising distributors and Agents. Daily maintenance and upkeep of the CRM system. Duties Summary:Present the company in a professional and efficient manner at all times.Liaise with all clients, priorities jobs in progress.Ensure the customer’s quality requirements are translated and transferred to the job cardEnsure the work scope is within companies capabilitiesRaise all job cards ensuring all customer details are correct and present.Cross-reference purchase orders to job cards.  Calls & quotesReceive & Enter purchase ordersData correlate reportsFiling purchase ordersOther tasks as assigned by Supply Chain ManagerDesirable experience & qualifications:Degree preferable.
