My client is looking to recruit a Sales Operations Specialist to help drive their growth with a passion for using process, data, technology, and insights to support a high performing sales organization.

The successful candidate will work as a Sales Operations Specialist and be a part of a team responsible for critical Sales Operations disciplines including:

  • Sales process design/optimization
  • Ad hoc reporting and analytics
  • Data management
  • Territory management
  • Sales quotas
  • Lead management
  • Pipeline management
  • Sales cadence management
  • Support sales teams in use and best practices of tools & data
  • Communications and change management

  • Prior experience in similar sales operations roles
  • Ability to use Salesforce in a Sales Ops role with a focus on knowledge of application use, ability to use and manipulate data, and build & use core reporting/dashboards
  • Ability to define and implement Sales and Sales Ops processes that improve efficiency & effectiveness
  • Strong data and reporting/analytic skills including use of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup & all formulas, etc)
  • Skills in Tabelaus or Qlik Sense/QlikView a plus
  • Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
  • Problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Collaborative, works well in cross-functional matrixed environments
