With a successful commercial transformation behind us, and a more streamlined approach to the way in which we report on business performance, we seek an exceptional, commercially centric individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational effectiveness of Schneider Electric’s revenue performance.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, you will provide support for the sales teams based in Australia and NZ. Your primary focus will be to assist in owning and leading the end to end sales incentive processes and provide real time information to various stakeholders in Schneider Electric in a timely, and accurate manner.

You will be welcomed as a key member of the team and engaged on a wide variety of tasks including incentive calculations, reporting, and the deployment of sales performance management tool, Xactly.

This role will see you influencing the continued growth and success of sales performance, and as such your intimate understanding of business architecture, allied with curiosity, and a willingness to constructively challenge the status quo when needs demand will be minimum expectations.

As our successful candidate, you will have a genuine passion for analysis with the ability to view with a critical eye the conditions that influence or detract from a high performing team. Importantly the talent to translate data sets to inform commercial decision making will also be important.

Some key responsibilities:

* Administer and manage all aspects of the day to day operations of Xactly ultimately leading to accurate and timely incentive payments
* Partner with the HR, Sales Operations and Finance and Accounting teams to understand new hire offers and non-standard terms as it relates to sales incentives
* Assist in the roll-out of sales incentive plans and new sales processes
* Research and resolve incentive-related inquiries from the Zone sales teams
* Monitor new hire and termination data and update internal systems accordingly
* Performance reporting to Sales Operations team
