The Sales Support Specialist position provides administration support to key Focus Account contracts for the external sales team in addition to supporting the Australia & New Zealand, F&B Production Sales Management team via business reporting and analytical assessment of performance against key metrics
+ Manage and track sales performance daily through business reports eg SAP, CRM
+ Assist with co-ordination of projects, proposals, documentation and administration for the ANZ Food & Beverage Team
+ Assist Outside Sales by coordinating quotations within CRM
+ Assist with intra-company shared services when required (eg Customer Service, Supply Chain, SLS
+ Manage system quotes and contracts for Key Focus Accounts
+ SAP financial reporting on material cost for pricing analysis
+ Co-ordinate pricing and margin analysis for all accounts / contract renewals
+ Ensuring that all pricing is aligned accurately against the respective contract and detailed for access by the CS team
+ Maintenance and distribution of Local Price Book to align with SAP & Asia Price Book (APB)
+ Collaborate closely with Customer Service on pricing related queries arising during order entry for FB ANZ Accounts
+ Price & Availability of Products at quote stage for Accounts and extending product numbers to AU and NZ
+ Maintenance of Customer Master data
+ Monthly Comparison review, Year on Year (YOY), Quarter by Quarter FB ANZ Team performance analysis
+ SIOP Reporting (Sales & Inventory Operation Plan)
+ Maintain a database for the ANZ FB team (on SharePoint) including demo stock, steam cleaning log
Ideally you will have previous experience in sales support / sales operations / administration / customer service or contract managements. You will also need to have a strong process knowledge with a service attitude to assist sales team in meeting deadlines and running multiple priorities. Additionally, CRM System experience such as SAP & Sales force is highly desired.
