Salesforce Platform Technical Lead

Role Description:

You will have the opportunity to build relationships with stakeholders like Head of Technology, Engineering Managers, Program and Project Managers. A big part of this role will ensure the alignment of solution designs, with platform strategic and architectural principles. While uplift multiple Salesforce platforms across multiple clouds, ensuring compliance to internal and external policies and standards, support feature team development and provide innovative solutions

We are looking for a Platform Leader to join our growing division.

You have experience in:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and data architecture principles
  • Hands-on Salesforce development experience including APEX Controllers and Triggers, Batch, Integration, APIs, SOQL, SOSL, VFP, Lightning frameworks and LWC
  • strong understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities, and ability to determine the right customisation approach
  • hands-on experience working with IDE, version control and CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile delivery environment and managing work via JIRA or a similar tracking tool
  • Microservices architecture concepts, including API gateways, security, scaling and resiliency
  • understanding of Salesforce data model and data architecture principles
