About the Role

Working in the Legal & Regulatory, Company Secretarial team, you will mainly be responsible for providing and managing administrative and corporate governance support to the team. This is a highly transactional role and your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

+ providing administrative support to the team including,

+ corporate governance records management and registers;

+ document management through entity / legal documents management system, Diligent Entities and Laserfiche respectively ? electronic and physical filing

+ managing and maintaining archiving process and records;

+ tracking CoSec deadlines; and

+ liaising with various internal stakeholders and external service providers, such as ASIC, internal and compliance auditors.

+ coordinating Board and Committee meetings by liaising with the wider business and the senior executive?s respective administration personnel as directed;

+ assisting with the preparation of Solvency Declarations with regards to annual corporate governance obligations as required by the Corporations Act, 2001;

+ coordinating document execution, assisting with approvals and sourcing documents where required;

+ assisting with various corporate governance matters;

+ coordinating invoice payments on Coupa and tracking payment deadlines;

+ supporting stakeholders with corporate research, preparing basic documents and other ancillary tasks;

+ representing the team as the primary contact for internal and external enquiries.

About You

To be successful in this role, it is expected that you possess the following:

+ a minimum of 3 years+ as an administrator in a corporate environment;

+ keen interest in Corporate Governance and Corporations Law, with previous experience desired

+ strong academic background, with excellent written and oral communication

+ intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

+ fast learner who is able to perform in a fast-paced environment

+ strong organisation and analytical skills, coupled with superior attention to detail

+ self-starter who displays high level of initiative in providing pro-active support to the team and possesses a willingness to learn

+ ability to effectively and confidently communicate with all levels of internal and external personnel, and all levels of management
