The core focus of the Culture, Safety and Wellbeing Group is managing QCS’ health, safety and wellbeing framework, including promoting a culture to sustain continuous improvement.
Our Senior Advisors provide high level advice and guidance on employee assistance and wellbeing, and sustainable mental health practices. The roles further promote, support and enhance officer wellbeing and organisational culture by assisting in the management of volunteer and provider networks, and the effective design and delivery of programs, services and products.
Senior Advisors work as part of the Wellbeing and Engagement team, and in close partnership with other business units and frontline areas, to build a capable and resilient workforce. Particular focus is on proactive, preventative and innovative approaches to managing the impacts of working in high risk, dynamic environments.
The Culture, Safety and Wellbeing Group is building its internal capability and looking for highly motivated professionals committed to building and delivering responsive and forward thinking approaches to psychological safety and wellbeing, within a complex public safety agency.
