This leading Financial provider has an immediate vacancy for a Senior Change Manager to lead a number of Change initiatives.
Design, plan and deliver program level change.
Work closely with the project director and the broader change team to aid delivery.
Stakeholder analysis, mapping and engagement
Building change plans, delivering end to end Change
Creating communication plans
Ensure stakeholders are willing and able to adopt and embed the change
Ensure any change related risk is within the desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks
8+ years of Change Management experience, with 5+ years in a Senior Change role
Previous financial services experience (essential)
Proven ability in developing, implementing and measuring change management strategies and plans.
ADKAR, Prosci or alike (desirable)
Outstanding communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
Autonomous approach to work
Be an advocate for change frameworks and the adoption by the broader business
