The Senior Client Service Analyst plays an integral role on the Omni team and is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of client data across multiple databases. You will also be responsible for providing stellar service to all clients by interacting with them frequently via phone, email, and sometimes in person. Your main objective is to ensure that our service aligns with their needs. This role will support primarily APAC-based clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Omni Senior Client Service Analyst within our Client Services team, you will be the face and voice of eVestment to our clients. In this role, you will act as a project manager by overseeing project cycle of client’s cyclical and non-cyclical database marketing needs. This includes working cross-functionally to ensure all efforts are done in a timely and accurate way and are in-step with the client’s expectations of their database marketing strategy.
You will have a bachelor’s degree in a field of study that has given you some exposure to the Financial Services sector or a similar background, or actual experience of working within that sector. As importantly, we are looking for proof of your passion for client interaction by providing excellent client service and project management. We would like to hear about how you’ve successfully prioritized multiple projects and managed heavy workloads while simultaneously putting client needs first.
