We are looking for Senior
Consultants/Managers to join our Transaction, Strategy and Execution (TSE) team
within our Financial Services Practice. This role is offered for our Sydney or Melbourne office on a full-time basis.
+ Lead client engagement teams to executeacquisitions and/or divestments
+ Demonstrate knowledge of allphases and aspects of practice across due diligence, integrations,carve-outs, and other types of transaction engagements
+ Demonstrate strongtransaction and operational knowledge in Financial Services
+ Provide engagement teamleadership in fostering an open and inclusive environment and effectivelylead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
+ Demonstrate an ability to notonly identify integration risks and issues, but recommend resolutions andmitigating actions
+ Deliver a high degree ofclient satisfaction with the engagement process and work productssufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements
+ Successfully supervise,coach, and mentor all team members to help build their technicalcapability and assist in achieving their potential
**Skills and attributesfor success**
+ Strong track record inmanagement consulting preferably with an exposure to the transactions environmentand preferably in the Financial Services sector
+ Experience and strongtechnical skills in relevant areas such as operational due diligence,synergy identification & assessment, post-merger integration orcarve-out support and benefits realisation
+ Proven client managementskills, with the ability to build and develop networks and relationshipswith both external and internal contacts
**Ideally, you’ll alsohave**
+ A bachelor’s degree andapproximately 5-7 years of related work experience
+ Excellent problem-solvingskills
+ Curiosity and creativethinking
+ Ability to performdetailed research, synthesising and analysing a large set of qualitativeand quantitative data
+ Effective written andverbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-qualityreports and presentations
+ Adeptat building strong working relationships with internalstakeholders and senior clients, including influence, advice and supportto key decision makers
+ Strong project managementand team leadership skills, particularly teams with diverse skills andbackgrounds, coupled with the abilityto manage and develop juniors
+ Proficient at MicrosoftExcel and PowerPoint
