Capture all customer business requirements and pain points. This includes facilitating workshops and technical discoveries. Work with the business, management, peers and vendors to design, configure and support systems such as on-premise/hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, AAD Connect, and associated Microsoft collaboration services.Create and maintain process, procedural and technical documentation as well as assist with training and related materials as needed.Maintain development, test and production environments for multi-site global access. Respond to support escalations, Investigate, analyse, document, and provide root cause resolution to reported incidents.        At least 5+ years of proven advanced skill-set and enterprise experience across various Microsoft and related technologies, which include architecture experience in Microsoft O365. Ability to understand the business needs and propose a technology solution that addresses the associated requirements.Proven ability to communicate at multiple levels of a mid-size to enterprise-level organization. Ability to work equally as effective independently or in a team environment in delivering a project.Strong written and oral communication skills.#LI-PR1
