We are currently seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to join our Honeywell Building Solutions team in our Darwin office. Reporting to the NT Service Operations Manager your focus will be ensuring high level customer happiness through innovative and solution focused problem solving involving third party and Honeywell equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services, including fault finding, on hardware/software and network assets, network switches, routers, intercoms and Building Management / AutomationSystems (BMS)
  • Navigate and interrogate high and low level interfaces (HLI’s and LLI’s)
  • ·Use data & analytics to compare the performance of systems against the intended functionality

    ·Look to optimise the performance of customer facilities and deliver a step-change in service outcomes

    ·Provide recommendations on how to enhance building performance, comfort improvements and occupant experience

  • You will also be part of a team focused on driving new business expansion, particularly 3rd party service, creating new growth opportunities for our business
  • Deliver high levels of client satisfaction to customers and service recipients.
  • Ensure all works are delivered on time, on budget and safely in line with Honeywell’s thorough safety policy.
  • Collaborate closely with and facilitate subcontractors or other Honeywell employees on site.
  • Responsible for the ongoing smooth running of high-profile buildings within Darwin.
  • Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Validated history of successful customer engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Technical competency in Building Management Systems, Controls or HVAC.
  • Understanding of programming and controls.
  • Excellent Microsoft based skills.
  • This role requires Australian Citizenship due to the security clearance required.
