This is a fantastic opportunity for an Senior Human Resources Specialist that will conduct internal audits, close existing gaps and ensuring compliance with legislation to human resources service and your main focus will be culture transformation programmes, where you will lead the facilitation, acquisition or coordination of learning interventions or programmes. We will depend on you to run the full spectrum of the training center. Organisational development will include leadership development, culture development and management training. Ideally you will have a relevant B degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management. Plus about 8 years’ Training and Organisational Development experience, of which 4 years’ must have been in a managerial position.
