Senior Manager Macro Risk Assessment, Insights and Scenarios – SYD65430
How will I help? You will provide insights on the drivers of key risks and changes to the internal and external environments that may lead to increased risk. You will develop an analytical and research driven approach to support the identification of emerging and extreme risks and ensure that their impacts are clearly understood management of action plans are developed. Also, you will be partnering with the Executive Manager, Reporting and Editorial to deliver informative and insightful reporting utilising scenario, as well as internal and external data sources. You will ensure that all scenario analysis pre-work and workshop documentation are completed on time with 1st and 2nd line of defences involvement and sign-off. In addition, you will support the facilitation of Group and Divisional scenario analysis workshops. You will ensure that scenario outputs and capital estimates are in line with regulatory requirements and senior management expectations.
You will work with Risk Analytics and Insights to deliver information and insightful reporting scenario analysis output and capital estimates to OPCEC and work with Division and Risk Analytics and Insights to develop the annual scenario plan.

What do I need? You must have a strong background in Risk from a Financial Services Organisation. Experience in risk reporting and analytics is ideal. Having quant or actuarial skills is also desirable.
Your strong communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops and liaise with stakeholder at all levels will see you be successful in this role.
