As Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning you create and support a range of growth oriented GTM initiatives. From understanding business and market dynamics, you recognise opportunities, create strategy and plans the business can execute against.

As the role works across all areas of the business, it is best suited to a person that enjoys engagement, influencing and collaboration.

This role is based in Sydney, Australia, however for the right candidate we will consider other locations.


+ Sales strategy formulation – identifying opportunities for growth, proposing options, and recommending a course of action

+ Business performance improvement – working with sales teams, leadership, and the planning team on identifying and implementing strategies that help improve business performance. This may include productivity improvements or sales tool adoption that improves business performance

+ Create propensity models – developing revenue generating plans through an understanding of customers preferences and needs

+ Organisational improvements – working cross-functionally to optimise business and team composition to deliver growth

+ GTM strategy support – working with the Strategy and Operations team as needed

+ Providing guidance on internal and external incentive programs aligned to GTM and growth initiatives

+ Developing frameworks and guidance to the field on territory, account planning, sales playbook

+ ‘Sell’ your plans to senior management, through compelling presentations, with rigorous quantitative and qualitative explanation

+ Excellent verbal and written communication. Customer-centric mindset with outstanding business instinct and negotiation skills

+ Ability to lead across functions and influence key decision makers

+ Experience working within sales organisations

+ Vendor planning experience, including planning at a regional or theatre level of transitions between fiscal years

+ Creative approach to problem solving

+ Experience working in professional services or pre-sales capacity preferred – knowledge of solution offerings

+ Travel required – Some domestic, APAC and U.S. travel may be required
