The team is comprised of Finance, Risk, Procurement, Pricing, Contracts, Customer Collections, Payments, Facilities Management and our Customer and Business Systems IT development teams.

As Senior Product Analyst, you will work within our Analytics & Insights team across our Developer, Media & Commercial businesses. Your mission is to help us reimagine the way we provide insights, while supporting the day to day activities of the broader team. In this role, you can expect to:

  • Understand stakeholders needs, and provide proactive insights to the business
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business
  • Have plenty of variety, no two days are the same!
  • Align analytical functions within the team so they work together to produce more meaningful data rather than in silos
  • Coach and provide thought leadership to the team
  • Be innovative and visionary to transform the way things are currently being done
  • The team are already pretty awesome, so it is taking them to the next level of awesomeness
  • What we’re looking for…

In our team, you can help us engage with our stakeholders and leave a positive impact across the business.

  • Adapt and thrive in an evolving environment
  • Proactively drive insights to action
  • Demonstrate previous experience of leading projects with a variety of stakeholders and leading people through this
  • Influence and understand key stakeholders
  • Bring their advanced analytics skills (we’d love to see you have deep understanding of SAAS, SQL, R and/or similar tools) – although a positive mindset and willingness to learn is more important
  • Proactively drive analytics and insights
  • Display commercial acumen in the way they think about data
  • Simplify the complex
  • Show a real passion for leading and developing people
  • But we don’t just look for someone based on their skills and expertise. We need someone who is going to fit in with the team and company culture. That means you also need to be:

  • Savvy minded and have the ability to think a little left of field / outside the box
  • A strong and creative communicator
  • Friendly, approachable and have good relationship management skills
  • An avid supporter of our fully inclusive culture – we celebrate difference and ensure that everyone belongs
  • The REA experience…

The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we’ll never stop caring about. This is a place to learn and grow. We’re committed to your development – both professionally and personally. Your experience with us is something we take seriously.

    We offer:

  • Onsite health and wellbeing programs, including yoga and meditation classes, and weekly massages
  • Because We Care program which includes volunteer leave and community grants, to ensure you have the opportunity to give back to your community
  • Hack Days so you can bring your big ideas to life
  • An additional day of leave just for your birthday
  • A flexible working environment meaning we strike the balance of what you need and what works for the business (and yes, our leaders fully understand the flexible working policy)
  • Industry leading gender-neutral parental leave
