The Role

As overall Project Manager for GL Implementation you will provide plans and project infrastructure.

You will

  • Automate or optimise current processes using mixture of new General Ledger, and business process engineeringDelivering new General Ledger to automate and improve control of current manual processesOptimise processes and reduce manual workOptimise processes and interactions
  • Support the definition of a new Chart of Accounts and the end state processes and requirements for Business Finance functions related to the General Ledger
  • Defining systems requirements for Business Finance functions related to the General Ledger
  • Managing change to deliver Business Finance functions related to the General Ledger
  • Ensuring new processes and controls comply with internal policies and external legislation
  • Attend various governance committees to justify the ongoing GL routemap and articulate changes or issues with direction and progress
  • Manage project resources, including training, engagement and communications
  • Manage interactions of process changes with data warehouse, IT infrastructure
