Job Description

•Do you want to help the Conservation Regulator to be an effected, trusted and best practice regulator

•Location: [Insert location as per request to hire] [Springboard code We are looking for a proactive person to lead a team that is assisting the community and protecting our natural environment at the same time.

This position works within a team that is responsible for developing clean statements of the law for priority topics, developing Statements of Regulatory Intent and providing guidance to support compliance.

You will develop review and implement key regulatory documents for the Office of the Comservation Regulator, provide advice on application of the law to operational units.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Understanding of regulatory craft and the interpretation and application of regulations.
  • Ability to translate regulatory and legal concepts to practical and effective regulatory information and guidance. 
  • This is an ongoing position.
