Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst – Finance Projects and Change

Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst – Finance

Join a collaborative and high performing Finance team to help deliver the final phase of a large Regulatory project.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on Regulatory Reporting Projects within Finance. Using your strong background implementing control frameworks and supporting system-based projects and change, you will be key in driving this project to completion as well as help setting up an operating model for managing control framework delivery for future projects. Demonstration of technical experience in regulatory reporting is essential for this role. This should include understanding the fundamentals of how to articulate whether or not a regulatory reporting requirement has been satisfied by the calculation logic, processes and associated data provision.

Working as part of a large team and collaborating with business, data and technology teams, you will own the control framework documentation and drive this to completion. As part of this process you will be heavily involved in ensuring business, functional and technical requirements documentation are fit-for-purpose and in compliance with the regulatory reporting requirements. In order to succeed in this role, you will work collaboratively and constructively with a variety of stakeholders to deliver the project stream.

You will have strong technical and business analysis experience in complex projects encompassing data, system and regulatory reporting change. You will possess a baseline knowledge of regulatory reporting concepts in a banking context and/or be able to demonstrate the ability to research, interpret and apply this knowledge. You will possess the ability to work independently, coordinate cross-functional assignments and use your experience to implement appropriate solutions. You will have the ability to maintain stakeholder engagement and poise when faced with competing priorities. Finally, you will have the capacity to be flexible and resolve to meet key project milestones.

If you are motivated by the opportunity to work in a high performing team in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
