Date Posted: 2021-06-30-07:00Country: AustraliaLocation: LOC7067: 10-11 Trade Court Bohle, Townsville, QLD 4818, AustraliaChubb Fire & Security are seeking a Service Administrator, based in Townsville.  The role will be responsible for performing and supporting administration functions, and providing assistance to all of our Branch personnel.  The role will also liaise between our business and our customers.Key responsibilities of the role:Effectively communicate with all customers (internal and external) to ensure technician site visits are scheduled; customer calls are logged and that customers understand the service processPrepare customer quotations on a daily basis and follow-up the customer if they haven’t responded to the quotationProvide first call resolution to customer requirementsProvide general Branch administration including, timesheets, accounts payable / receivable, reports, invoicing, purchase orders, account reconciliation, leave planning, and on-call rosters.Review the call logging register to ensure customer enquiries are actioned and closed off within acceptable timeframesActively assist supervisors with day to day administration support with customer enquiriesMaintain registers and database information for branch useTo be considered for this position you must have :Experience in administration and customer serviceExperience Scheduling work of a field workforceExperience working with customer portalsExperience working with major/key clientsExperience working with an ERP systemWe believe in diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from different backgrounds.
