Job Description

We are looking for a Service Assurance Specialist to join our support team in Sydney.  You will be joining a dedicated team providing specialist Telecommunications support to customers, businesses, service providers and resellers.

What you'll do as a Service Assurance Specialist:

  • Provide Level 1 support across a range of products that may include NBN, Hosted Voice, ISDN, Ethernet PSTN and ADSL services
  • Troubleshoot, manage service difficulties and solve technical issues
  • Ensure customer needs are recorded, followed up and resolved
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Platform & Network teams and Product Managers.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous technical support experience in Telecommunications or IT Operations 
  • Experience with or knowledge of VoIP/SIP, Voice, ULL, NBN, ADSL, Ethernet and Fibre technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills with a great phone manner
  • Ability to think logically to solve problems, learn on the job and interact well with a team to gain and share knowledge
