An opportunity currently exists for a passionate, driven and experienced individual in the position of **Service Centre Manager** in our Rydalmere, NSW Service Centre.
Reporting to the Head of RES Australia, key duties of this position include:
+ Ensures efficient organization and management across the service centre. Provide direction and oversight to Works Managers, to support customer orders are executed in accordance with the contract, schedules and available resources.
+ In consultation with Head of sales for product lines, develop local sales strategy for territory & product line’s; Includes: Growth plans for allocated territory and market intelligence analysis.
+ Deliver strategy to local sales representatives, defining targeted territories and product lines. Set KPIs to measure success and achieve budget.
+ Provide continuous feedback and seek opportunities to coach direct reports in driving key operational performance indicators. E.g. forecasting, margin, labour utilization, engineering expertise, quality and safety culture.
+ Escalation point for escalated issues with Client job; including management of client, keeping up to date on status resolving issues.
+ Understand and manage the overall P&L for the Service Centre.
+ Ability to execute monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with Senior Management in Australia.
+ Customer relationship management enable SR & wider SC team to engage and deliver customer expectations, to leverage future sales. Focus on, leveraging all internal relationships to achieve sales across all product lines.
+ Bachelor’s degree or Trade qualification in Business and/or Electrical Engineering or related discipline within the industry.
+ 10+ Years’ proven experience in management / leadership of teams, business development, estimation processes, tendering & commercial contracts, client management & P&L’s
+ A Technical background in Electrical Engineering / trade desirable;
+ Strong knowledge of High Voltage (HV) and Direct Current (DC) motors;
+ Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
+ Excellent sales, negotiation and dispute resolution skills;
+ Strong organisational and time management skills;
+ Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite;
+ Sound knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics viewed favourably).
