About the role
UGLs Manufacturing & Maintenance business are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for a full time permanent role at our Broadmeadow site in Newcastle.
The role is accountable for one or more service delivery areas within a production area to deliver safe, reliable and efficient production outcomes. This position is a champion for safety and has overall responsibility for the allocated service area(s)’s production performance and successful delivery of work to achieve performance targets as well as meeting commercial commitments to our customers
This role involves frontline interaction with other service delivery teams, other Business Area production teams, other Business Areas within UGL, contractors and, at times, directly with customers.
