Provide full administrative support to Fire / Mechanical business to ensure day to day operations including compliance of systems and processes, receiving/scheduling service and maintenance calls, and invoicing as directed.

Main Duties include:

  • Process local contract invoicing as per contract terms and conditions – PM, D&C, PP, PC
  • Working to tight client Service Level Agreements
  • Raise Credit Notes as required
  • Run decline reports, review and action any issues within the local branch and action call escalation screens
  • Ensure all paperwork including service dockets and work orders is attached to contract/jobs for invoicing
  • Process invoice errors and rectify through the generation of credits for Preventative Maintenance works and Non Routine Works.
  • Assisting the team in Scheduling and Service Support tasks as required
  • To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role ideally in a field-based service organisation
  • Self-motivation & a drive to achieve within set timeframes
  • Experience with the Pronto Xi highly desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service in a high-pressure environment
