Reporting to the Energy Services Manager, your role is to work as part of a team of technicians, carrying out operational, maintenance and repair work on a range of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations within a broad area or on-site.Key Responsibilities Include:Carry out planned and unplanned service, maintenance and commissioning of all types of Trane and other Chiller Plants, Air Handling Units and Unitary Air Conditioning SystemsAccurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performedParticipating in the call-out rosterFostering and maintaining professional working relationships amongst technicians and apprentices and continually demonstrate the ability to work within pairs and smaller teamsComply with all safety, company and statutory policies and procedures at all timesActively participate in all company facilitated training and service meetings as required by the companyMaintaining Veolia’s uniform and appearance standardsMaintain a company vehicle and allocated tools in accordance with company policiesAs required by the company, facilitate on-site training for technicians/apprentices as well as supervise work performed by an allocated apprentice.Quote and bring leads of small service repairsTo be successful for this role ideally you will have:Relevant Trade qualification in HVACRestricted Electrical LicenseConstruction White CardCurrent ARC LicenceExperience in all types of Air Conditioning Systems from large commercial buildings to unitary package systemsDrivers LicenceComputer literacyDeveloped written and verbal communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external customersAs part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical.At Veolia we value diversity, equality and inclusion, we are committed to providing working environments where everyone is included and treated fairly and with respect.
