About the Role

 

This fantastic opportunity to manage our Campbelltown site will see you developing, coaching, and driving the performance of your staff whilst building a positive, results oriented and supportive team culture. If you are a resilient, adaptable, and an experienced leader with experience in leading and supporting dedicated team in employment services, this could be the role for you. You should be highly motivated to lead by example and drive impeccable customer service that assists our customers to secure sustainable employment.

 

 

About You

 

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate exceptional people management skills, leading by example to drive and mentor a site team;
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the employment services industry with at least two years’ experience;
  • Show a sound understanding of performance management and work health and safety principles;
  • Prove your experience successfully leading a team to consistently achieve individual and team KPI’s;
  • Demonstrate a strong record of delivering quality customer service;
  • Demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse range of customers in a culturally appropriate manner, and one that is understanding of disadvantage and disability.
  • Work collaboratively with support services, and other internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Demonstrate agility and flexibility in a business that is constantly evolving.

 

You will also be required to:

  • Hold a current driver’s licence; 
  • Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in Employment Services or a related industry;
  • Have a minimum of a Certificate IV in Employment Services or related qualification; and
  • Understand the local labour market and needs of employers.

Remuneration

 

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
