Our Maintenance & Industrial Services division are seeking a SMP Block Lead/ Superintendent to join our oil and gas team to provide discipline expertise and play an integral part in the successful delivery of our next major turnaround project.

Drawing on your previous experience, you will:
Act as discipline subject matter expert, providing clear support and direction to Turnaround team
Be responsible for Turnaround planning and execution, from strategy definition to lookback learnings and future planning.
Support execution of Maintenance/Assurance activities pre and during Turnaround. Monitor and track execution of assurance activity to ensure compliance.
Participate in reviews of work scope, plans and schedules to ensure deliverables are optimised.
Liaise with Operation and relevant Technical Authorities on Management of Change and Deviation Management.
Review additional or emergent work discovered during Turnaround execution and incorporate within planned scope once approved.
We would like to hear from you if you have the following:
Significant and relevant project management/turnaround and maintenance planning & execution experience, preferably in an offshore oil and gas environment
Excellent working knowledge of trades and disciplines in a multidisciplinary environment
Engineering degree or relevant trade qualification in SMP discipline
A methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work
Experience and understanding of scheduling work activities to meet resource levels and Asset priorities.
Understanding of Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tool
Be delivery focused, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the project in delivering to a tight schedule
Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
