About the Role

  • Deliver advanced clinical and consultancy services to both inpatients and outpatients and their families within the Division of Cancer Services in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
  • Provide specialised/advanced clinical advice and direction to a team of social workers to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
  • Prepare, analyse and interpret data and trends for caseload allocation, service improvement, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
