The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality specialised legal services to Land Use Victoria’s core business units.
Department: Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality specialised legal services to Land Use Victoria’s core business units being Land Registry Services and Strategic Land Assessment & Information including the Registrar of Titles, the Surveyor-General Victoria and the Valuer-General Victoria.
You will review, provide advice, draft and negotiate a range of contracts and MOUs entered into by or on behalf of Land Use Victoria. You will provide legal support for tender processes and provide strategic and authoritative legal advice to Land Use Victoria on sensitive land registration, land administration, public law and other issues relevant to Land Use Victoria’s legal clients
This is an ongoing position. Applicants must possess corresponding work rights to be eligible for appointment.
