Our Graduate Program

We aim to develop our leaders of the future through our 2 year graduate program. You will be employed on a full time basis and complete a number of rotations throughout our business.

  • Our graduate program has been designed with the objective of giving you broad exposure to our business. You will therefore work with a diverse pool of talented and experienced people as well as gain exposure to our valued customers. You will be supported & developed by a manager, a mentor and a buddy. The training you receive will combine both group & self-paced development.

    Supply Chain

    We are the heartbeat of our organisation and are passionate about meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers.
    There are 2 graduate opportunities in our division and these roles can be based at any of our manufacturing sites; (Echuca (Vic), Bathurst (NSW), Kelso (NSW), Devonport (Tas), Ulverstone (Tas) or at our headquarters in Mentone, Melbourne.
    You will complete several rotations within our broad division, this may include gaining exposure to; Agriculture, Automation, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Environment, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality, Reliability, Supply Chain Finance or Sustainability.
    Your placements will see you working across several of our regional sites.
    You will also gain valuable insights through a rotation into a different business area, cross-divisional projects and training programs.
    We operate in a COVID safe environment therefore at times you may be required to work from home.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for our Supply Chain graduate roles you have:

  • completed your undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 2 years of the program start date (e.g. in either 2019, 2020 or January 2021)
  • achieved a credit average (65% or higher) 
  • have a passion for Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce or Engineering
  • be able to relocate to one of our regional sites
  • be available to commence late January 2021
  • are an Australian or NZ citizen, hold Australian Permanent Residency, or have full working rights for full-time employment in Australia
