<p><span style=""><strong>Systems Administrator,&nbsp;</strong></span><strong style=" ">Ongoing,&nbsp;</strong><strong style=" ">SYDNEY</strong></p><br><p><span style=""><p><span style="">An new opportunity has become available for a System Administrator to join the team at DRS!</span></p><br><p>We’re looking for someone to manage the day to day Salesforce&nbsp;administration function including user provisioning and maintenance, sandbox
management, page layout and fields, data management.<br></p><br><p><span style=" "><em><strong>It’s an exciting environment where no two days are the same, but on a
typical day you might find yourself:</strong></em></span></p><br><ul><li><span style="">Managing and taking end to end ownership of level 1 and 2 support incidents</span></li><li><span style="">Coordinating Level 3 and Level 4 support for incidents/ requests and minor enhancements</span></li><li><span style="">Creating new reports and dashboards and respond to ad hoc reporting requests</span></li><li><span style="">Managing security related to profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings and login access policies.</span></li><li><span style="">Proactively seeking out and identifying system enhancements and gather user feedback and be proactive in identifying root causes </span></li><li><span style="">Review the quarterly releases from salesforce and identify any impact or the features helpful for the instance.</span></li><li><span style="">Providing go live support including during the monthly releases, responding to operational issues, new environment preparation and hands on testing.</span></li><li><span style="">Work collaboratively with business partners, IT and vendors, to document and prioritise defects, business requirements and system enhancements</span></li></ul><br><p><span style=""><strong>To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:</strong></span></p><br><ul><li><span style="">Experience as a system administrator<br></span></li><li><span style="">Certification and experience as a Salesforce administrator, with advanced administration </span><span style="">would be an advantage<br></span></li><li><span style="">Demonstrated experience in working with Salesforce </span></li><li><span style="">The ability to identify and resolve problems</span></li><li><span style="">Excellent communication skills</span></li><li><span style="">A commitment to a high level of customer
