About the role

As an accounts receivable officer, you will deliver a range of transactional services and respond to enquiries and routine requests from internal customers. Identifying and escalating enquiries as necessary, and providing accurate and relevant information, will also form a major part of your role.

You will be accountable for delivering efficient, accurate and reliable transaction processing and record management, to support the effective operation of the functional area. You will assist with general enquiries and information requests from internal customers or matters relating to your functional area, with an emphasis on accuracy, relevancy and efficiency. For more complex queries or requests, you will consult with your team and supervisor and escalate as necessary.
