The Borallon Training and Correctional Centre is a dedicated training facility for adult male students who are committed to the opportunities that education and training can offer to build a stable and rewarding career and future.
Our educators operate in a correctional setting, training recidivists face to face in our fully equipped contemporary workshops and, complying with the centre’s security procedures. The centre is located 15 minutes west of Ipswich.

Salary: $55,152 – $92,353* per annum;
Casual Teacher rate is $92.01* per hour (day);
Casual Tutor rate is $42.27* per hour (day).
* Rates current as at 1 September 2019.
Employment Status: Positions may be casual or temporary. The duration of these positions will be dependent on work demands and the availability of ongoing funding and/or student enrolments.
