    Seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Support Officer to provide a wide range of highly responsible and confidential administrative and general support services to a busy team. This is a contract opportunity with an immediate start.

    Responsibilities

  • Support the Lead Team with the coordination of papers, scheduling and diary management as requested
  • Provide administrative and general support across the Business Unit this may include; managing deadlines, setting up meetings, data entry and ordering stationary
  • Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders as required
  • Key skills and experience

  • Relevant experience in support and administrative experience in a similar role
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities to ensure the best outcome
  • A pro-active approach to anticipate the needs of the Lead Team
