The successful applicant will have / be

  • Current LF Forklift licence and High reach experience
  • Experience within a pick packing department
  • Great computer skills and WMS knowledge
  • Prior experience with allocation
  • RF scanning and order picking experience
  • Within this role you will be responsible for

  • Controlling and managing priorities within the team
  • Communicating with supervisors and floor staff
  • Allocating picks, time frames and distribution
  • Training and support of new casuals
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Picking Orders
  • in charge of rostering and allocating staff
  • Necessary attributes for this role

  • Great Communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Calm organised presence
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Ability to adapt and learn
  • Great work ethic and attitude
