Type:Full timeDate:December 20th, 2018Salary:N/ALocation:Perth, WAContact:laura@surepeople.net.auInternational CompanyStrong Technical/Trades background requiredPrevious experience in sales fieldCaterpillar and Komatsu mobile mining equipment experience is a mustSure People Solutions proudly represents leading mining equipment services provider, specialising in design, manufacture & rebuilds of various components for open cut mining equipment.This company is currently undergoing further expansion, hence seeks a full time Technical Sales/Product Support person to join our team in our Perth, WA Operation.Reporting to the Branch Manager the main responsibilities will include;Development of key strategic marketing plans for the products in consultation with key managers within the organisationProvide product and sales training, as deemed necessary, relating to products to all personnelAssist in the development of all units of the businessIdentify opportunities for the representation of products and servicesProvide customer support relating to products, pricing, service and technical informationDeliver effective key account management.Provide exceptional customer service and product performance issue management.Maintain efficient and effective systems. (Contacts, meeting reports, etc)Identify new opportunities for all HEPI divisions.Maintain excellent client relationships.Provide technical assistance where requested.Prepare customer quotes for a range of products and services.Comply with the company requirements of confidentiality of information acquired in the course of one’s work except when authorised or otherwise legally obligated to disclose.Share knowledge and maintain skills important and relevant to client’s needs.Proactively follow and promote the company Core Values.The successful applicant will possess the following:Trade qualification / experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repairSuccessful previous experience in the sales fieldGood communication skills at all levelsProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseSelf-driven individual that can work within a team or autonomouslyStrong work ethic with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Experience with ERP systems, e.g. Pronto, SAP etc.If you have the pre-mentioned skills & experience we encourage you to apply, via clicking the apply link.
