We’re looking for
Passionate and driven individuals, with a desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our customers. You will have a proven track record with your sales performance. You will have a strong customer approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your delivery to your audience. It would be advantageous to have experience with SEM/SEO, Salesforce, and customer analytics.
Make outbound calls to current Sensis customers to grow and maintain current customer product offerings.
Ensure acceptable workflow, close rates and complete sales campaigns on time
Ensure all benchmarks for revenue and customer numbers are met
Adhere to activity requirements as directed by your manager
Forecast expected sales return customer by customer to sales manager
Ensure you comply with all Sensis policies & legislation with internal and external customers and complete iKnow compliance training
Acquire and develop new business opportunities – both inbound and outbound calls.
Make outbound calls to generate new business by following up on targeted leads.
Ensure you adhere to Sensis’ Values and Behaviours
Adhere to sales policies and code of conduct and role model ethical behaviours
Adhere to compliance requirements including do not call register requirements
Adhere to canvass plans (i.e. 30 day, milestones/checkpoints)
Adhere to electronic submission benchmarks where applicable
Contact and open each customer’s account in a timely manner to ensure customer has time to review, assess, make a decision and obtain a proof.
Attend and participate in any workshop / training / strategy session / coaching as directed by your manager
Customer charter standards achieved (return calls within 24 hours, being on time to appointments, doing what you say, follow up and be professional).
Highly developed knowledge of the digital media landscape/market
Proven experience in achievement of sales targets
Strong customer focus and customer relationship management
A proven sales background
Understanding of the SME marketplace

Comfortable working to strict deadlines
Proven ability to meet deadlines under tight timeframes
