About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Timber & Pest Control Specialist to join a global company who are an industry leader in the pest sector. You will be given the opportunity to visit various customer sites including large national and international brands. You will provide advice and expertise to assist them with maintaining a pest-free environment to meet regulatory requirements and maintain brand protection. Full training will be provided by our experienced and dedicated pest professionals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality services to commercial businesses in a timely and professional manner
  • Travel throughout the East of Melbourne visiting various Customer Accounts
  • Working closely with your customer site managers to offer the very best customer experience
  • Visit customer sites to inspect any pest activity on a proactive management program
  • Provide tailored solutions to each account to meet the customer’s requirements
  • Schedule and manage your own workload and products & equipment inventory throughout the month

  • The ability to work autonomously, organise your own workload and meet the expectations of the business
  • The ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations of our customer’s accounts
  • The desire to learn and contribute to a results driven team
  • A full and valid driver licence
  • Termite pest qualification is required
  • Bird management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
