A Transformation Consultant applies knowledge to solve complex issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Utilize consulting skills including questioning, listening, ideas development, personal rapport and subject matter familiarity to accomplish project tasks. Capable of consulting, implementing, managing capability requirements, and integrating of solutions into varied environments.


  • Managing and co coordinating transformation activities for a number of applications

  • Working with the client application teams and working to a schedule to get transformation activities completed

  • Good understanding of different application technologies

  • Good technical understanding of infrastructure hosting platforms Knowledge and experience on large scale enterprise IT mid-range environments.

  • Will work within the existing team and share workload across the team

  • Consult and advise application teams along the transformation journey

  • Good troubleshooting skills and problem solving abilities

  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years experience in an IT Desktop/Application Support role with broad exposure to Service Management processes and tools.

  • 5+ years experience working in a senior capacity in various roles within IT.

  • Demonstrable leadership qualities.

  • Ability to multitask with competing priorities and work effectively with clients.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and privacy of customer data

  • Desirable:

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level software and websites within the Microsoft Server space:

  • Experience with the clients environment

  • Certification in information technology disciplines

  • Certificate in ITIL V3 Foundation

  • All candidates must be Australian Citizens and willing to undertake baseline security clearance
