About This Opportunity
This is a fixed term, full-time position to cover a period of staff leave.
This opportunity is a part of a highly connected Records Management and Advisory Services team. The role supports the client’s people in their obligations for information governance, with a particular focus on record collections research, retrieval and lifecycle management, including the maintenance of a physical records warehouse facility.
Record collection research and retrieval involving both physical and electronic documentation is a key event. Requests for information will occur within complex scenarios which require strong information navigation skills and analysis, while upholding the security classification attached to the information. This service also demands quick turnarounds.
Importantly, the role requires a deep knowledge and mature skills in the use of Content Manager (TRIM) from a records governance perspective. Recent experience in the application of TRIM records disposal functionality would be highly regarded.
Equally key is collaboration and negotiation skills with stakeholders and clients in the complex processes attached to disposal of time expired records in accordance with legal requirements and the client’s policies while managing this process through TRIM functionality.

Qualifications equivalent to a degree in records, information or knowledge management or relevant discipline plus at least five years’ experience working in a records management field.
