  • Understanding the needs of the team members to ensure an optimal user experience is had whilst using MyHuddle.

  • Not afraid to be hands on, spending time in stores with customers and team members to understand their needs in order to design brilliant solutions

  • Amazing documentation, communication and prototyping skills, with knowledge and experience using Azure, Sketch, Marvel, InVision;

  • Technical knowledge to determine what is and what isn’t possible.

  • You will be naturally curious with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with your strong attention to detail.

  • If this ticks all the boxes for you, then you will be afforded autonomy and accountability in your role and have access to development opportunities across both Kmart and the Wesfarmers Group, excellent remuneration, inclusion in company bonus scheme & access to Wesfarmers share plan (both for eligible team members), free parking and benefits program including a discount card for Kmart, Coles, Target and Officeworks.
